Cathryn Clark, BSc (Hons) MSc MCSP
Cathryn founded Cathryn Clark Physiotherapy in North Tyneside in 2021. Cathryn graduated in 2001 from Queen Margaret University College, Edinburgh with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. With extensive experience in both NHS, private practices, and community rugby.
Ellie Topp BSc (Hons)
Kirsten Winton BSc (Hons) MCSP
Kirsten is a specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist physiotherapist with over 25 years experience. She graduated in 1996 and specialised in Women’s Health and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy shortly afterwards.
Gemma Kindness BSc (Hons) MCSP
Gemma is an experienced Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping patients get back their lives after a hospital stay or illness. She has completed the Health Care Professionals CrossFit Level 1 Trainer course and an Exercise in Health Masters level module at University College London.
Kat Sellers BSc (Hons) MCSP
Kat is a Specialist Physiotherapist with a background in both pelvic health and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and is also a qualified yoga teacher. Kat brings her love for movement to her yoga teaching. She is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor and delivers sessions that blend hatha and vinyasa styles—designed to build strength, support recovery, and help people reconnect with their bodies

Personal Approach - Cathryn Clark Physiotherapy
We will take the time to listen to you and assess you fully. Following this a treatment plan, personal to you, can be drawn up. This will then be carried out, ensuring the focus is on your goals. Whether that is to sleep, run a marathon, or play with the kids without pain.

Appointments
Initial Assessment Appointments last 45 minutes. It is important not to rush through the assessment. More importantly to ensure you are not leaving without having had any treatment and without any homework. Oh yes there will be homework. This is to aid your recovery.
