A 45-minute prehab or rehabilitation session to help you achieve your goals. Whether that be rehab from an injury, illness or surgery or prehab prior to having surgery.
You must have had an initial assessment prior.
*Rehab package of 6 prebooked sessions must be paid at time of booking.
